The Science Association of Nigeria publishes two types of publications comprising Nigerian Journal of Science and Bulletin of the Science Association of Nigeria. The two publications are peer-reviewed or refereed under the administration of editorial board of subject experts who review and evaluate submitted articles before accepting them for publication.

Nigerian Journal of Science
The Nigerian Journal of Science (NJS) is the foremost peer review scientific journal in the country is published by the Science Association of Nigeria. The journal is international in its coverage of reports and circulation. The NJS offer a first-class level of author service, high production values and worldwide dissemination in well-read and highly-cited journals. The NJS was launched as an independent journal since SAN was established in 1958. It is a primarily, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality articles and reviews from all discipline in sciences. Bulletin of the Science Association of Nigeria
The Bulletin, is the proceedings of annual conferences of the Association. Some of the papers presented at the SAN annual conferences are further submitted for processing to be published in the Bulletin.
